With a mission to empower individuals to embrace a healthy, natural, and pain-free life, Evergreen combines non-invasive, holistic treatments with cutting-edge rehabilitation techniques. Their services cater to a diverse clientele, specializing in Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) injury recovery and offering multilingual support to meet the needs of their multicultural community.
The Goal
Evergreen Rehab & Wellness wanted to elevate its brand visibility and strengthen its identity as a trusted, innovative, and patient-focused healthcare provider. While their clinics had built a solid reputation locally, they needed a professional brand video that could communicate their unique value proposition, showcase their comprehensive services, and resonate emotionally with their target audience. The goal was to create an impactful, visually engaging video to drive awareness, build trust, and attract new clients.
1. Discovery and Storyboarding:
• Conducted a comprehensive discovery session with Evergreen to understand their values, goals, and audience.
• Developed a storyboard focused on blending patient testimonials, clinic walkthroughs, and practitioner insights to tell Evergreen’s story authentically.
2. Production:
• Filmed at all four locations to showcase their modern facilities and welcoming environment.
• Captured dynamic shots of practitioners in action, including chiropractic adjustments, massage therapy, and physiotherapy sessions.
• Conducted interviews with Evergreen’s practitioners and patients to add a human touch to the narrative.
• Edited the footage to highlight Evergreen’s core messages, such as their holistic and non-invasive treatment philosophy, multilingual services, and direct billing options.
3. Distribution Strategy:
• Delivered the final video optimized for social media, website embedding, and in-clinic displays, ensuring maximum reach and visibility.
