Objective

Beginning in 2017 with a single Vancouver location, Pokerrito set out to redefine the poke experience and grow its brand footprint through a strategic social media approach. The goal was to showcase Pokerrito’s unique pan-Asian flavors, community engagement, and sustainability commitment, ultimately driving brand loyalty and expansion across Vancouver.

Approach

  • Branding & Visual Identity: Crafted a cohesive brand through vibrant, stylized visuals, highlighting Pokerrito’s fresh ingredients and signature dishes like poke bowls, Korean BBQ, and Bul-Dogs.
  • Content Creation & Social Media Management: Developed engaging posts that included menu highlights, customer features, and seasonal promotions, fostering a loyal online community and reinforcing the brand’s values.
  • Influencer Marketing: Collaborated with local influencers to boost brand visibility, generate buzz around new openings, and build authentic connections with local audiences.
  • Photography, Reels & Food Styling: Produced high-quality visuals, including dynamic reels and meticulously styled food photography, to enhance the appeal of Pokerrito’s offerings.
  • Poster, Publication & Billboard Visuals: Extended the brand’s reach beyond digital, with attention-grabbing visuals on posters, publications, and billboards, ensuring consistent brand presence across all platforms.
  • Grand Opening Campaigns: Executed targeted campaigns to create buzz around new store launches, featuring countdowns, exclusive promotions, influencer previews, and live event coverage. These campaigns helped drive foot traffic and build anticipation before each opening.

Results

Through strategic social media, Pokerrito grew from 1 to 12 locations, becoming a recognized, trusted brand in Vancouver’s food scene by offering an experience of flavor, community, and mindfulness.
